Cobicistat (Tybost®) as a single agent is licensed for the pharmacokinetic enhancement of atazanavir or darunavir. Interactions with cobicistat and comedications have now been added to web and app versions of the charts and, for ease of use, cobicistat can be found listed as protease inhibitor alongside atazanavir and darunavir.
