Coadministration has not been studied but based on metabolism and clearance a clinically significant interaction is unlikely as terazosin is extensively metabolized in the liver possibly via CYP3A4. Bictegravir does not inhibit or induce P450 enzymes; emtricitabine and tenofovir alafenamide do not interact with terazosin’s metabolic pathway.
