Juluca (dolutegravir/rilpivirine) is indicated for use as a complete regimen for the treatment of HIV-1 infection and should not be administered with other antiretroviral products. If intensification of HIV treatment is needed, alternatives to raltegravir should be considered as coadministering two integrase inhibitors (i.e., raltegravir and dolutegravir is unlikely to be of clinical benefit.
