Over the last few months there have some additions and changes to the HIV website, including the addition of four comedications and one new HIV therapy, and several updates to existing interactions. Prescribing Resources have been created or updated to include the new additions and revisions to existing interactions.
New comedications
Cancer Therapies - cladribine (oral), clofarabine, pentostatin

Updates to existing interactions
- Dabrafenib (Cancer Therapies) now described as a moderated inducer rather than a strong inducer. This resulted in “down grade” colour changes for the following HIV therapies:
Red to Amber: DOR, DOR/3TC/TDF, RPV, RPV/FTC/TAF, RPV/FTV/TDF, DTG/RPV
Red to Yellow: FTR
Amber to Green: DTG, DTG/ABC/3TC, DTG/3TC, DTG/3TC/TDF, RAL - Doravirine and Doravirine/Lamivudine/Tenofovir-DF – references to product labels in the description field have been updated to the latest versions. This included updating 82 comedications for doravirine and 132 comedications for doravirine/lamivudine/tenofovir-DF
- Publication updates – publications details for several interactions with doravirine and doravirine/lamivudine/tenofovir-DF have been updated from meeting abstracts to journal publications
